Creation Process

1- 3D Design

3D Design

Our jewelry design process always starts with an inspiration, a creative idea or a dream and focuses on the end goal which is to create unique yet comfortable pieces that will last a lifetime. After the initial idea is developed our designers make a digital render using an advanced CAD software while defining the dimensions of the manufactured piece.

2- 3D Wax Printing

3D Wax Printing

When a jewelry design is approved, the digital model is then slowly printed and transformed into a wax model using a 3D printer and this step can take up to 48 hours to complete.
Sometimes the original jewelry idea doesn’t require a wax model. Laser cutting and engraving is a creative tool that gives us the opportunity to create complex works of art and personalized designs.

3- Gold Casting

Gold Casting

The plaster model is then filled with molten gold in specialized ovens, where the wax is destroyed at temperatures as high as 1600° F for up to 16 hours. The piece made out of gold will have no remaining residue of wax or resin.
Our jewelry experts will then refine the main structure of the piece using traditional skills and techniques by making any needed adjustments, completing it with essential pieces like clasps, posts, or closures and setting it with stones if required.

4- Polishing & Hallmarking

Polishing & Hallmarking

We, at Garo Boyadjian are well recognized for the perfect finishing, shiny polishing and rich gold color of our pieces. Our artisans skilled at jewelry polishing use rotary wheels, soft muslin and additional tools to bring out the shine and lustrous finish of gold. Each piece is hallmarked with a stamp that reads 18K and the Garo Boyadjian signature.

5- Quality Control & Packing

Quality Control & Packing

Our quality control experts inspect the jewelry meticulously with customer satisfaction in mind, insuring that perfection is achieved from every aspect.
Our jewelry is then packed with love and care and is ready to be delivered to our precious customers. Your order is sublimated in a distinctive Garo Boyadjian package and we promise you a unique experience from the moment you put your eyes on it.
