At Garo Boyadjian we pride ourselves on delivering high quality jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

You have up to 10 business days after receiving your order to submit your return request. To submit your request, please email customer service at info@garoboyadjian.com and include your order number which can be found in your order confirmation email. Our in-house team will assess the request.
After receiving a confirmation from our team, place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase and the return form provided, and mail your return to the following address, please note you will be responsible for all return shipping charges:

We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refund policy

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. The purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items unless we have sent an item in error (The wrong product was sent by the merchant, the product is defective, the product was damaged in shipping, the product is tampered).

Kindly note that our refund policy is only applicable for International orders. Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund for local orders.

Exchange policy

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. You will receive an email from us with your store credit in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s). We cannot refund shipping charges on return items unless we have sent an item in error (The wrong product was sent by the merchant, the product is defective, the product was damaged in shipping, the product is tampered)

Engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned. All returned items must not be worn or damaged.

Cancellation policy

Garo Boyadjian SARL will only accept order cancellations within 48 hours of when you place your order. If you need to cancel an order, do not hesitate to email us at info@garoboyadjian to process your cancellation.
